The Verge provides ad-free podcast listening for its subscribers, accessible through theverge.com/account/podcasts.

Subscribers must maintain an active subscription and be logged into theverge.com. They can manage settings at theverge.com/account/podcasts, where a “set up” option appears next to each podcast.

To enable ad-free listening, users click “set up,” then either scan the QR code or select the podcast player logo for Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube Music. Manually copying the podcast link is also possible. After following the prompts, the ad-free feed appears under a new icon in the app library, and the previous version of the podcast should be removed. Ad-free access is currently available for Decoder, Version History, and The Vergecast, with future shows potentially added.
