A wallet identified by Lookonchain as linked to Strategy transferred 1,030 Bitcoin valued at roughly $66.14 million on Aug. 5. Strategy has not confirmed that the transfer represents a sale.

Strategy disclosed on Aug. 3 that it sold 1,638 Bitcoin between July 27 and Aug. 2 for $104.73 million, an average price of $63,957 per coin. The proceeds funded $52.4 million in preferred stock dividends and $52.3 million in repurchases of its STRC preferred shares. The company’s filing showed 842,138 Bitcoin holdings as of Aug. 2, and no subsequent filing reduced that figure at the time of reporting.

The transfer followed a two‑day lag after Strategy’s last filing, and the company’s public ledger still listed the same Bitcoin balance. Onchain movement alone does not prove ownership change; a sale would require a disclosed exchange deposit and subsequent trading activity.

MARA transferred 6,000 Bitcoin, worth about $384.6 million, to addresses identified as belonging to Two Prime. Lookonchain said the move does not necessarily indicate a sale and could relate to asset management. MARA, which holds 36,303 Bitcoin, has an established relationship with Two Prime, having invested $20 million in the firm in July 2025 and expanded its managed allocation.

Both movements are pending SEC filings or company statements to verify whether the assets were sold or merely transferred.
