Apple is preparing changes to its retail stores in the fall to showcase upcoming Home product launches, according to a Bloomberg report. The updates follow delays caused by Apple’s Siri revamp, which has now been completed, allowing previously postponed Home products to move toward market. Apple intends to rearrange sections of its stores and add accessory bays, as reported by the Power On newsletter. The company plans to debut an upgraded Apple TV set‑top box and a new HomePod mini, and may also introduce a Home display with a screen, expected to feature a 7‑inch square display and two versions, one with a built‑in speaker and one with rear magnets for wall mounting. The device is rumored to run a new operating system with home‑screen widgets, support FaceTime calls, and function as a hub for smart‑home accessories and Siri, powered by an A18 chip. A refreshed Siri remote for the Apple TV 4K may also be released. Details are pending Apple’s September keynote.
