Konami will sell Metal Gear Solid-themed cat merchandise at CatCon 2026, a two-day event in October. The items, including scratch boxes and plush toys, will be available at the convention and online for two days.

The merchandise is tied to the release of Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2, which launches on August 27 for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch. The products feature designs based on Big Boss and Old Snake, as well as items inspired by Peace Walker and Metal Gear Solid 4. They will be offered through an OKS Gear Shop booth at the convention and will also be sold online. A meet-and-greet with Kat Curtis and the cat influencer One Eared Uno will be part of the event, along with a special playthrough video of the game. The convention runs October 10-11. Attendees can purchase the items for two days, and digital versions of the boxes remain available in the games.
