FreeCORE announced that the TrueNAS CORE 13.3 operating system will be continued as an independently maintained release on FreeBSD, with version 15.0‑U1 now declared stable. The update can be applied in place to existing TrueNAS CORE 13.3 systems, allowing a direct upgrade to 15.0 without reinstallation. The 15.0‑U1 ISO image is available for download at freecore.org, and the source code resides in the freecore repository on Codeberg and GitHub. Documentation and installation instructions are provided at freecore.org/installdownloads.
