Razer has launched the Kiyo V2 Pro, a 4K webcam designed for streamers and content creators. The device records 4K video at 60 frames per second using a Sony Starvis 2 back‑illuminated sensor, which the company says improves detail in low‑light settings and reduces motion blur. An 86‑degree wide‑angle lens provides a broader field of view with reduced edge distortion, and the camera employs an auto‑framing system that dynamically tracks movement. The sensor’s design also enables a higher dynamic range, balancing highlights and shadows without manual adjustment. Users can access manual controls for colour and sharpness through Razer’s desktop software. The webcam features a twist‑operated privacy shutter and a universal pivoting mount that fits both monitors and tripods. Dynamic pan, tilt and zoom functions allow the auto‑framing to keep subjects centred as they move. Razer has partnered with Camo Studio to include a complimentary Camo Pro subscription, expanding software control options. The Kiyo V2 Pro is currently priced at £299.99, €299.99 and $319.99. KitGuru notes that the product targets creators seeking high‑resolution video with integrated tracking features.
