Boss's Blatant Taste, a romance webtoon and web novel series by Sikeukeu, is set to receive a live-action series adaptation. Actors Sung Hoon and Se-young Oh are in talks to portray Do-hyuk Kwon, a wealthy AI expert, and Eun-chae Lee, a vocalist in an indie band, respectively. The story follows Kwon as he becomes involved with Lee while searching for a mysterious woman featured on an indie album. If confirmed, the series would mark Sung Hoon's first leading role in a long-form romance drama in three years. Production is underway and a premiere is targeted for later this year, though broadcast details have not been announced.
