Amazon Japan listings indicate that 007 First Light may launch on the Nintendo Switch 2 in September. The game originally launched for PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 in May and reviewers have praised its action‑adventure gameplay and puzzle elements. Nintendo Switch 2 had been delayed relative to the other platforms, and no official release date has been announced. A Reddit user identified the Amazon Japan page, which displays a September date and includes full product information, suggesting an updated distributor schedule. IO Interactive has not responded to inquiries about the Switch 2 version, leaving the timeline unofficial. Gamescom is scheduled for August, where an official announcement could emerge, and rumors of a forthcoming Nintendo Direct have circulated. If confirmed, the release would give Switch 2 owners access to the latest entry in the 007 series; otherwise the game remains pending on the new console.
