The series follows Tenma, voiced by Yukihiro Yoshikawa, as he joins a Mafia family to locate his benefactor Mugoku, played by Tomokazu Seki. The cast also includes Masaru Yoshimura as Sia, Tsubasa Sasa as Paoran, Takuya Masamoto as Gao, Chikahiro Kobayashi as Lay, Ran Koba as Chaomi, and Tsubasa Sasa as Paoran.
Mikiyasu Kamata, writer of Nine Dragons’ Ball Parade, is the main scenario writer. Nigata Amon designs the characters and creates the key visual art, while design agency TO2KYO2 produces the key visual graphic and logo. Sōno provides the original character designs.
Plott previously released the first episode of Tengu Tōsen, a short anime produced with Bandai Namco Entertainment, on July 24. The company also created the Anti‑Hero Generations short anime adaptation of Keita Uehara’s manga, which won the New Generation YouTube Manga Award in 2021. Digital animator Ryo‑timo became creative adviser for Plott in April 2020.
The anime is scheduled to premiere on YouTube in late September, and further details about the release schedule have not been announced.
