SugarTrack, a free Android logbook for blood‑sugar measurements, was released as version 1.0.0.

The app allows users to record readings without creating an account or connecting to the internet, keeping all data on the device.

It lets users log a reading with the time, a context label such as fasting or before a meal, an optional note, and an optional photo of the meal.

The home screen displays the most recent value in a color that reflects the user‑set target range, and a history view provides a trend graph.

Additional functions include recording medications and A1C results, setting daily reminders, and exporting reports in PDF or CSV format for medical appointments.

Units can be set to milligrams per deciliter or millimoles per liter, and high and low target values are user defined.

Installation requires tapping a download link on an Android phone, allowing installation from unknown sources in settings, and opening the app after installation.

The developer says the app is the first of several offline health tools planned, and users can support the project by starring the GitHub repository; readings are from personal meters and are not medical advice.
