Google Photos offers a setting that lets users permanently disable the random backup prompt that appears when the app is opened. According to the Google Photos help page, users can open the app menu, select Settings, choose Backup & Sync, and toggle off the option to show the backup notification. After this change, the prompt no longer appears, while photos remain available for manual backup.
