Nvidia announced a partnership with Cloverleaf Infrastructure, a data center developer founded in 2024. The company, which raised $300 million in 2024, serves as an intermediary that supplies power and other essential infrastructure to data centers. While the parties did not disclose financial terms, the Wall Street Journal reported that Nvidia will invest several hundred million dollars and take a minority stake, according to Reuters. The deal follows Nvidia’s broader effort to fund the expansion of AI datacenters that purchase its chips. Earlier this week, Nvidia disclosed a $1.5 billion investment in SB Energy, an OpenAI‑linked datacenter project in Ohio.
