Phantom will cease support for the Sui blockchain through its wallet on September 24 2026, ending the ability to view balances, send assets, swap tokens and access decentralized applications. Users can retain control of their assets by importing their recovery phrases into compatible wallets after the deadline.
The integration was launched in January 2025, when Phantom added native Sui support, allowing management of Sui tokens and connection to platforms such as Suilend, Bluefin, Navi and Aftermath.
Phantom waived its fee for native Sui swaps into wrapped SUI on Solana until the cutoff, though network and exchange fees will still apply. The company has not disclosed a technical or commercial reason for ending the integration, describing the change as a product transition.
Users may migrate before or after September 24 by moving their credentials to another wallet such as Slush, which is associated with the Sui ecosystem. Migration scams represent a security risk, and Phantom warned that it will not contact users first or request private keys.
Phantom has not announced plans to resume Sui support after the transition, and asset ownership remains unchanged.
