Apple TV released the trailer for the fifth season of Stillwater, a mindfulness series for children. The trailer announces a premiere date of August 21, when all five episodes will become available. Stillwater follows a panda character who guides three siblings through everyday challenges using stories and gentle humor. The series debuted in 2020 and has won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Editing for a Preschool Animated Program and a Peabody Award in Children’s and Youth Programming. The new season will include more breathing exercises, mindful moments and simple everyday practices, consistent with the show’s focus on helping families cultivate calm.
