Apple has made the fourth iOS 27.2 developer beta available for iPhone users. The update comes after the public launch of iOS 27 on September 14 and follows the earlier release of iOS 27.1, which was tailored for the iPhone Duo platform.
The new beta version introduces several features, including an updated Health app that was first showcased at the iPhone 18 Pro event, a dual-capture mode for Group FaceTime, expanded language support for Siri AI in French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish, and new Apple TV app profiles accessible on iPhone. Additionally, Apple Podcasts now displays "Up Next" as "New Episodes," places a "Continue Playing" section beneath it, and adds color-matched backgrounds to episode lists. Apple Music has also adjusted its icon label coloring in the app.
Apple previously issued the first iOS 27.2 public beta and released Xcode 27.1 beta on September 18, which included an iPhone Duo simulator and development tools for the foldable device. The company plans to detail further changes in a separate update roundup if additional developments emerge.
