AOC introduced the K27U3FD, a 27‑inch monitor that enables switching between 5K resolution at 75 Hz and QHD at up to 300 Hz. The monitor uses a Fast IPS panel that supports 10‑bit colour, 100 % sRGB coverage, 125 % sRGB volume and 96 % DCI‑P3 gamut, with factory calibration rated ΔE<1. AOC rates HDR brightness at 450 nits, SDR brightness at 350 nits and a contrast ratio of 1500:1. In 5K mode the pixel density is 218 ppi. The QHD mode provides a refresh rate of up to 300 Hz, a 1 ms GtG response time and Adaptive‑Sync support. The Red Dot‑awarded chassis is mounted on a Pi‑shaped metal stand that offers 150 mm height adjustment, bi‑directional pivot, ±30° swivel and tilt from –6.5° to 23°. Port options include HDMI 2.1 with FRL6 48 Gbps, DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC, and USB‑C Gen 2 supporting DP Alt Mode and 96 W Power Delivery. Additional connectivity features are a USB‑C data‑only upstream port, a USB‑C downstream port, four USB‑A Gen 2 ports and a headphone jack. The monitor targets users who require high‑resolution editing capability as well as high‑refresh‑rate gaming.
