The developer released a portable clone of Fasttracker II written in C and built with SDL 2. A screenshot of the program is shown. The release notes, dated July 19, 2026, detail version 2.22. Users with multiple monitors of differing refresh rates may encounter compatibility issues. On Windows, disabling ALT+F4/ALT+F5 shortcuts in GeForce Experience may be required for NVIDIA GPUs. macOS users must right‑click the application bundle and select “Open” once, then enable execution in System Settings under Privacy & Security. Keybinding adjustments are needed to free ALT+Enter or Ctrl+Cmd+F for fullscreen. Linux users must remap OS keyboard shortcuts to use ALT+F4 and ALT+F5.
