PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive three new titles at no cost beginning October 6, 2026. The monthly allocation includes F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896, and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2. Access to these games requires an active PlayStation Plus membership.

F1 25, developed by Codemasters, features all official teams and drivers from the 2025 Formula One season. The title includes a career mode, My Team 2.0 for single-player customization, and F1 World, a multiplayer component that matches players against AI-controlled squads.

Hunt: Showdown 1896 is an extraction shooter that places players in a competitive environment where they must locate and eliminate monstrous targets while navigating hostile terrain. Success depends on timing, strategy, and resource management as participants race to extract from the map.

Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 continues the franchise’s tradition of large-scale combat against blocky alien adversaries. The game supports cooperative play, allowing teams to coordinate attacks against new enemy types across multiple platforms.

In addition to the core titles, PlayStation Plus members can claim horror-themed in-game bundles for games such as Call of Duty: Warzone and Overwatch during October. These cosmetic items will be distributed gradually throughout the month.

The October 2026 game lineup will remain available to subscribers until November 2, 2026. Claiming the games requires timely action, as unclaimed titles from previous months are removed after a set period.

PlayStation Plus continues to rotate its free-game offerings on a monthly basis, providing subscribers with access to a changing selection of titles across PlayStation’s ecosystem.
