The manga began its run in August 2024, and the third compiled volume was shipped on February 25. The fourth and final volume is scheduled for release in late November. The story follows a schoolgirl who dyed her hair black and altered her behavior after the narrator expressed a preference for long black hair. One Peace Books publishes the series in English, describing it as a slice-of-life high school rom‑com about the girl's attempts to connect with the narrator. The original web novel was posted on the Kakuyomu website, and the fourth novel volume was released in March 2025. Hamu is credited with the character designs.
